Mindful Walking Retreat
Join Shayla at the Appalachian Folk School in Mountain City, TN for a four day retreat in some of the oldest mountains on our planet. Located 15 miles from Damascus, Virginia and taking place just days after the largest celebration of the Appalachian Trail, Shayla will lead day hikes, evening classes, and meditations all designed to celebrate and explore a living relationship with the beauty around us.
